a bit about me:
Elise Collins is a Colorado native in her sixth year at CU Boulder. Currently, she is earning an MBA and an MA in Theatre & Performance Studies. She earned her BFA in Performance with a minor in Leadership from CU Boulder in 2018. She began acting in the first grade and has loved the theatre ever since. She is an avid learner that enjoys wearing many different hats: director, actor, teaching artist, leader, puppeteer, model, and public speaker.
Her passions include working with children, Shakespeare, and redefining the roles of women within the theatre. After undergrad, she decided to pursue an MBA/MA in Theatre and Performance Studies at CU Boulder so she can have the skill set to start her own theatre company. Ultimately she wants to utilize theatre to create social change by starting an interactive theatre group that discusses social justice topics through performance.
Elise is a proud geek who enjoys being un-ironically enthusiastic about practically everything. When she's not quarantining, she enjoys playing with her dog, asking life's big questions, playing board games with friends, and salsa and blues dancing.
